Anatolian Chrono Atelier does not guarantee pricing consistency, manufacturing distribution, or instant retailer availability of recommended references in Turkey. Our portfolio suggestions do not constitute financial advice or formal retail offers. Any subsequent watch transaction occurs directly between you and certified brand boutiques.

5. Limitation of Structural Liability

Our matching interface is provided strictly on an as-is basis. Anatolian Chrono Atelier and its associated operations are not liable for any computational inaccuracies, delivery latency, or hardware incompatibility issues arising from your interaction with our site. This limitation covers lost profits, business interruption, or system damages to the maximum extent permitted by local Turkish consumer law.

6. Jurisdictional Mandate

This contract and any associated operational disputes are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. All potential legal reconciliations or proceedings must be initiated and handled within the authorized courts and enforcement bureaus of Istanbul. If any clause of this agreement is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining clauses remains unaffected.
